How platforms treat AI-made content
What each major platform says about AI-made and altered content: when you must disclose it, which signals it reads to label uploads, what it does with Content Credentials, and what it says about reach. Quoted from its own pages and dated.
Side by side
Not stated We read the platform’s pages and found nothing either way. Open a platform for the quoted wording.
A number beside a value links to the platform’s own page that says so; the same pages are listed under Source documents, and Every page read opens the full list for that platform. Last verified is the date each of those pages was last read and the quoted passage found on it.
One rule holds everywhere
Removing a file’s metadata does not remove a duty to disclose. Where a platform requires disclosure, it applies whether or not an automatic label appears, and no tool can predict how a particular upload will be labeled.
How these records are built
Every statement comes from the platform's own help, policy or engineering pages, opened and read by us, and links to the passage it rests on. Each record shows the date its pages were last verified. Third-party reporting is not used. "Not stated" means we read the pages listed and found nothing either way; it is not the same as "no".
These records describe what platforms say they do. Platforms also use methods they do not publish, so a record here is not a prediction of how any upload will be labeled.
