Help Improve the Center of Eminence

Challenge a claim, share evidence, or tell us what the documentation leaves out.

Have you found a claim that does not hold up, a product limitation we missed, or evidence that changes the picture? Tell us.

Better intelligence comes from better information, and some of the most valuable insights come from the people putting these technologies into practice. Public documentation cannot capture every implementation or every change. Finance and HR practitioners, hiring managers, technology buyers, implementation teams, and providers can help us close those gaps, across all three centers: CoE | AI Cost & Governance, CoE | AI Talent & People and CoE | Vendor Intelligence, as well as Eminence Scan and EmTrace.

A useful contribution can be a source, a firsthand experience, or simply a question worth investigating.

Send a contribution

Email egsconnect@eminencegrowthsolutions.com. Include:

  1. The page: its title or link and, where shown, its version.
  2. The issue: what is wrong, missing, outdated, or worth exploring.
  3. The evidence: supporting links and enough context to understand your observation. Please send links rather than attachments.
  4. Your permissions: whether we may contact you, quote you anonymously, or use your contribution in aggregated research. You may instead designate the entire submission as confidential, for internal consideration only.

Do not send proprietary or confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.

What is useful?

  • Corrections: inaccurate figures, broken links, unsupported claims, or guidance that has changed.
  • Evidence: research, official guidance, independent evaluations, or provider documentation that adds context or contradicts an assessment.
  • Experience: what happened when you evaluated, bought, implemented, or used a solution, including costs, integration, support, and limits that were not apparent at purchase.
  • Questions: an overlooked provider, a decision you cannot resolve, or a topic that needs closer examination.

You do not need to prepare a formal report. Tell us what you know and how you know it.

What happens next

Every contribution is reviewed before it influences published content. Nothing is posted automatically. Firsthand experience can prompt investigation; it is distinguished from independently verified fact and assessed against our evidence standards.

Where the evidence warrants a correction or material update, we revise the content and record the change under our corrections policy. We may acknowledge that reader feedback prompted a review without naming the contributor.

Your privacy and control

Submissions are private: they are not visible to other members or the public. We will not identify you publicly or quote your contribution without your explicit permission. Permission to contact you, quote you anonymously, and use your input in aggregated findings is requested separately, so you keep control over how your contribution is used.

Contributions marked confidential are reserved for internal consideration and are not published. Our Submission & Contribution Policy sets out what not to send, the permissions you can choose, how long we keep a submission and how to withdraw it, and our Privacy Policy covers your personal information.

Good research should withstand a knowledgeable reader’s challenge. Your contribution helps us make it better.
