Summary
Nevada defines 'computer-generated child pornography' to include altered depictions of actual children, adults altered to appear as children, and any visual representation created with artificial intelligence or similar technology that is indistinguishable from a minor, and brings it within the existing offenses of preparing, advertising or distributing, and possessing, such material. The act also makes a second or subsequent distribution offense a category A felony carrying 10 years to life with the possibility of parole, and the expanded offenses carry sex-offender registration.
