Summary

Nevada extends its intimate-image crime to photorealistic, digital, computer and computer-generated images that a reasonable person would believe depict an identifiable person's intimate parts or sexual conduct. Knowingly distributing such an image, with intent to harass, harm or terrorize, is unlawful dissemination when it is made to look like an actual depiction and the person did not consent. The act also removes the earlier exclusion for public figures and exempts offenders under 18. Unlawful dissemination is a category D felony; offenders are not registered as sex offenders.
