Summary
Adds a rule to Oregon's nursing statutes (ORS 678.010 to 678.410) barring any nonhuman entity, expressly including an agent powered by artificial intelligence, from using listed nursing titles and abbreviations: APRN, CRNA, CNS, LPN, RN, NP, certified medication aide and certified nursing assistant. The act restricts the use of titles only; it does not otherwise regulate the clinical use of AI.
