Prophix One is a performance management platform for planning, close and consolidation, sold to mid-market finance teams.

Prophix lists seven Intelligent Teammates, including agents for budgeting, reporting, planning, consolidation and reconciliation, and says two of them, the Budgeting Agent and the Reporting Agent, are currently available.

A post dated September 15, 2026 introduced an Autonomous Planning Agent that runs scheduled planning tasks with human checkpoints, Copilot for Microsoft Office, Cash Management bank integrations and an MCP Server.

Through the MCP Server, outside AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT can connect to live Prophix data, and Prophix says those queries then pass to the external LLM under that provider's security policies.
