Summary
Historical record. The Model Risk Management booklet of the OCC's Comptroller's Handbook was examiner guidance on model risk that sat alongside the 2011 interagency model risk guidance. OCC Bulletin 2026-13, issued on April 17, 2026, with the revised interagency model risk management guidance (fed-084), rescinded the booklet together with OCC Bulletins 2011-12, 1997-24 and 2021-19. The booklet is no longer current OCC guidance and should be cited only as historical. It has been taken off the OCC website, so its contents were not re-read.
