Summary
Playbook published January 14, 2025, by CISA's Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC) guiding AI providers, developers and adopters on voluntarily sharing AI-related cybersecurity information, such as incidents and vulnerabilities, with CISA and other partners through the JCDC. It sets out information-sharing categories, protections and what CISA does with shared information. AI safety, fairness and ethics are out of scope. It creates no requirements; all actions under it are voluntary. CISA's page now titles it the 'SI Cybersecurity Collaboration Playbook', consistent with the federal government's 2026 relabeling of AI as 'super intelligence (SI)'; the PDF keeps the original title.
